  1. Nice to connect with these historic inns. We regularly tweet about our historic inn, DesBarres Manor Inn in the seacoast village of Guysborough, Nova Scotia. Built in 1837 for Supreme Court Justice J.W. DesBarres, DesBarres Manor Inn has been restored to its stately elegance with 10 guest rooms and a renowned fine dining restaurant.
